Shocking to see chemist warehpuse extorting the public $45 for a RAT test this is not helping thw community be safe if i get symtpoms i wont be paying $45 for a test bad form chemist warehouse disgusting

Visited the CWH whilst in Tamworth as I was looking for a particular fragrance. And while it wasn’t in stock I was so impressed with Shelly I felt obliged to acknowledge her exceptional service, knowledge and commitment to the customer. What a great employee she is. I arrived at the door, needing some thing urgently, at 6.53, with closing time 7pm. This was the Tamworth chemist warehouse. It was closed! Please don't give a time if you aren't going to stick to it.

Insisted on needing reg 24 for issuing repeats for a non-pbs medication. What are these pharmos smoking??

Was told they won’t dispense same medication off two separate prescriptions!? I have never been refused this medication or told this after taking the same migraine medication for over 30 years. I had one repeat left on a script (equaling 4 tablets) and asked for another lot to be dispensed off the new script which normally comes with 5 repeats. All up it amounted to 8 tablets. The pharmacist changed his story when I challenged him on his stated “rules”. His attitude was extremely unprofessional and his deceptive attempt to limit access to a much needed non-addictive PRESCRIBED medication whilst under regular medical supervision was disgraceful. I have always been able to have this medication dispensed off two separate prescriptions on the same day.

Always helpful staff for getting medications, and always make sure if its the first time for use you understand it
