Infolio Property Advisors

Infolio manage an apartment in my building. On Thursday, rennovations commenced and were extremely loud, causing those of us who work from home to not be able to do so. I lost paid work because of this. They had not taken the time to give residents advance notice, which would be the considerate thing to do. I called Infolio on both Thursday and Friday hoping to speak to a property manager about this, but no one returned my call. On Friday evening, I happened to run into one of the property managers outside the building, and told her what had happened, she told me that the builders had failed to do a letter drop to residents. Even if it had been the builders fault, there had been no attempt to communicate with residents on the Friday either - and again, none of their property managers had returned my call.This is my second time dealing with Infolio, previously they put a for lease sign outside my apartment, and not my neighbours apartment, whom they manage and whose apartment was actually for lease. Again the tradespeople were blamed.Making mistakes is no big deal, we all do it, but communication is important for people to feel respected.

Cannot speak highly enough of Lauren and the whole infolio team. Have worked with them for years renting out an investment property and then recently in selling that property and finding our new dream home. Incredible advocates for us the whole way through, setting realistic expectations and timelines, working fast but working well, communicating clearly and effectively and delivering amazing results all around. Not sure how this company even operates. The rental department is lazy, unhelpful and have no customer service. Every time you ring them, they are in a meeting and no matter how urgent the request, they take their time to get back to you. They don't even respond to urgent texts. Dion was terrible to deal with, refusing to return the bond for 2 weeks after we had paid a cleaner $500 to make sure the place was left in a better place then when we first moved in. He would not return calls and was frustrating to deal with. If I could give them zero, I would.

We worked with infolio as landlords, tenants and when selling our property. In all aspects they were great, but I'd particularly like to highlight what great property managers they are. All issues were sorted out promptly, and their system for condition reports is very intuitive and not a waste of time. It is unfortunately a rare experience as a tenant to be treated with much respect, so we were very impressed how pleasant it was to work with them.

Tristan, Lauren and the rest of the Infolio team were invaluable help in finding and purchasing my new home. Tristan took me through the process with great communication and understanding and was an excellent sounding board. I felt supported the whole time. I highly recommend Infolio as buyers agents and would very happily use them again.
