I agree with other reviewer. Company should be called time to waste. Didn’t turn up. Didn’t bother calling to say they weren’t going to turn up. Wasted a day for nothing. Highly recommend finding another supplier.

Brilliant work from electrician 'Daniel' who changed 72 halogen downlights and transformers to fully integrated dimmable Luna 5W LED's. I appreciated the attention to detail. No charge, all covered under the Victorian Energy Upgrades program.

Didn't rock up on the date of appointment to install the free energy monitor under the Victorian scheme. I suspect they take the details down for the appointment to receive the required rebate $ from government without actually bothering to carry out the installation.

Time To Save doorknockers approached us despite having a sign stating no salespeople allowed. They stated they were from the government and providing free led lights. I signed up for the deal. The next morning an installer arrived in t-shirt, shorts, no socks and light running shoes. First impression very unprofessional. When asked to remove shoes before entering stated he can't do that for health and safety reasons to protect his feet. I looked at his runners and asked what protection do those provide. He still refused to remove his runners or change to clean ones. I told him to leave. Free light bulbs are not worth putting up with disrespectful people.I tried to contact them by phone to get a copy of the contract I signed up for but the number just rings out. I checked the list of companies approved under the VEU program and they are not listed.I broke my rule of never listening to door to door marketers and I got stung again. They are completely disrespectful of your privacy and of different cultures. If they approach you just slam the door in their face. If you want free LED lights then contact your energy provider.

Absolutely illegal use of telemarketers from india. Got called and harassed multiple times, got hung up on, then called again- abused when I asked who owns this dodgy company. If these are the tactics used by them, I would never use them ever!

Not recommended - Service was great to start with, however as 10 x lights damaged in transit as unboxed (in trailer) with sub-contractors. Contractors advised would come back & replace damaged light.......That was 3 months ago, have been following up with No Avail. I do not recommend. I guest they got there govt funding for the swap out lights!

TIME WASTERS! They say they'll change your lights for free. Make an appointment and don't show up. After that, you try calling the reps and can't get through to them anymore. Stay away

Great work, Time to save changed out office lights and saves approx. $800 per year. Highly recommend their services.

I was told that government schemes including solar and other energy programs weren't allowed to door knock or do D2D business. However, I was approached via two men to install IHD Bluetooth that will allow me to track my energy consumption. I just wanted to help the men out and signed up. Afterwards, I received a call from this company forgot her name but she said she was new and doesn't know about door to door or even how much the IHD units cost. Which was a FAT LIE, I should report this company for lying and misuse of information but I'll leave this review here.Please do respond?Because it appears you guys quickly try to take photos and hurry the install to claim the incentive from the VEU program or VEET. Which like I said prior does not approve door to door knocking.

This people are scam. Took all my details. Waited whole day and no one turned up. Must be using my details now for other marketing phone calls.***PLEASE Ignore this company - Time to Save***They should be name as - Time to waste.
