We stayed in Quest Sanctuary Lakes twice recently. The rooms were super clean & air con ready when we checked in. There is a small backyard and lake view which is very nice. Plenty of shops just at the entry of Sanctuary Lakes. The receptionist is very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Nicely located and has all amenities. Central to shopping centres and town centre. Would highly recommend! The apartments are well kept and the staff are very friendly. The balcony view is especially nice and the spaces are very private with a nice tree line surrounding the complex. Very nice stay!Thank you for having me!

Booked 2 nights Accommodation for my family and friends. I wanted to ensure they receive great hospitality and comfort during their visit to melbourne for my wedding. We hired FOUR 2 bedroom appartments and THREE studio rooms. For 18 Adults 2 infants and 1 teenager. The manager was constantly rude to my guest’s informing them that they cannot visit one another to have breakfast or dinner with each other. My Aunty and Uncle had their 7 adult children staying in two of the other 2 bedroom apartments while they stayed in the one bedroom. During check out they were told by the manager they couldn’t receive their cash bond back due to too many people being in the studio room as they had dinner and breakfast all together. My friends who had their babies/ children experienced the same hostility. When I tried to communicate with the manager, she insisted she was correct without allowing me to fully explain why she misunderstood the situations.English was clearly her second language and I understood there was a language barrier and communication breakdown. I sincerely apologised for any misunderstanding that arose on behalf of my guests. Eventually, they all got their bond back however, we did not receive any form of apology for her own misunderstandings, the inconvenience and distress she provided in particular to my elderly Aunty, pregnant cousin and friend who had her 8 month old and 3 year old with her.To receive service from a manager like that speaks volumes about the type of experience you’ll receive from Quest Service Appartments Sanctuary Lakes.I live in Sanctuary Lakes which, is why I chose this accommodation. I’d prefer to choose Holiday Inn at Werribee to accommodate my guests next time or choose air bnb to hire a house in Sanctuary Lakes.

Over priced for what you get. Housekeeping could improve as we found rubbish on the floor in the master bedroom, the rubbish bin itself was not cleanned. The bonus was the washing machine & dryer. Handy to local shops and restaurants.

Good value for money apartment hotel. Location is fantastic as far as the view goes, but a bit inconvenient if you have to go to the shops without a car. sanctuary Lakes shopping centre is 1.6km away. For a restful break with some golf thrown in, you can't beat it

*Has since apologised by email and offered a late checkout and $50 refund as a good will gesture* upgraded from one star to four stars*---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Waited for an hour in the car with a cranky new born baby to check in when advised it would be ready at 2 pm (I called ahead 2 hours earlier and advised we had a new born baby)Then they had the nerve to charge $10 extra a night for a cot after all the inconvenience. I would have given that complimentary to smooth over the transaction. At least it is clean. Poor service and a few unconvincing apologies.

Honestly speaking this was my first time in Melbourne and I stayed there for almost one week and believe me the place was awesome. The rooms are very neat and organized, also the place as well. The behavior of stuffs was very friendly and helped me with even a minor query there. Absolutely recommend for everyone and specially with families.

Comfortable, clean and spacious. Well-equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, making longer stays easy and convenient. Individual covered parking space available for each apartment. The apartment we stayed in was not wheel-chair friendly, however it is possible there are units which cater to the same, which was not something we checked on.Resort facilities are available to guests, however we didn’t have a chance to check these out as we spent most of our time exploring Melbourne.Great option to stay for travelling families.
