Changing it to one star. Google says it closes at 6. But I went at 5:45 PM they said they had their shutters down (still treating people inside) and would not let me get my eyebrows done. I did ring around 5 and tell them it would take me 45-50 mins to get there and they asked me to come. I would not have driven 40 mins to them just to get their eyebrows done if they had told me beforehand to not come. Really dissapointed.

I highly recommend this place and on short notice, they were able to squeeze me in. Especially the manager of the beauty parlour Vani, lovely to approach and trustable advice what she was provided.Who did my hairstyle and makeup ( Rashmi was awesome)she listened to what I wanted exactly. I was happy with the service. I was very comfortable throughout the time. Everyone there was fun and friendly. The place was clean, warm and had good energy.

After trying their eyebrows threading for the first time, there is no turning back. My eyebrows were perfectly shaped and their facial services is excellent too. Thanks to Nitya, one of the beauticians for an amazing job! The price is very reasonable as well. Highly recommended!

I have been here a few times now for eyebrow threading and then had my hair cut and coloured on the weekend. Always very happy with the service. Lovely staff and great prices. Glad I've found my new local beauty salon.

This place was good a couple of years ago but now I wouldn't go back. Everytime I go I ask for a clean up & to make sure not to make my eyebrows thinner but the last couple times I have gone they have made my eyebrows so thin & this time even took out patches from the tail of my eyebrow

Went in for a haircut and wasn’t really happy with what I got. The lady didn’t really listen to what I wanted and the haircut was very choppy. The layers were uneven. She was rushing to finish so she could get to other customers. I had to go fix it at another place
