Put dress in to have a underskirt Sewn into dress I accepted after waiting 13 working days for dress after been told ready 8 working days lady been busy received dress with underskirt sewn inside out she allowed the dress to leave that way charged me $35.00 for her service which was fine thought her work was ok went to post off to my niece as waiting for dress discovered her error could not take back till next day she noted her mistake ,but what the real insult is that she took only 1 hour to fix her mistake said she was sorry and she stands behind her work .I will add at no time was I abusive or nasty to this lady I had been very patient at all times and polite I understand that people make mistakes.Sent dress of for my niece as was needed she had and event to go to well couldn’t wear dress sat funny the waist no longer sat on her waist dress was bulky more in front photos sent to me show what dress looked like ,to make the matter worse I sent my brother to a dressmaker in Brisbane where dress was sent to find out problem in hope to get fixed for niece well yes dress was pulled apart been told it was butchered fabric cut that’s why there was no more waist and not how a inside skirt should have been attached to dress so it has cost me more money to repair a dress that should have been done right in the first place whole dress was rebuilt and a new dress was brought for the advent my niece was attending , there was no point getting the dressmaker who didn’t do the job right to repair the dress as I had lost faith and had already spent $35.00 on her work this lack of professionalism now gives me lack of trust to have clothes repaired or altered not a happy customer at all.I was messed around and it take a lot for me to write a bad review I gave her a chance and this is how I was treated and I thought I paid for a job that I have been told very easy to do and all I got was a headache .

Took new suit in to have the arm lengths adjusted for a wedding. Had it back very quickly. Maybe too quickly as one arm was puckered and not evenly measured. Not happy to have new suit so badly done.

I take in custom made remembrance shirts in to the shop which have intricate detailed pictures on.I always get them three sizes to big to save sending them back because theyre a strange shape and they are brought in and sewed perfectly every time.You cannot tell they have been altered.I have been in 7 times in the last 18 months and the shirts are perfect every time.Always ready when told they will be and very friendly service.
