I wouldn’t waste my time going to Tyrepower Kiama and I would definitely not recommend this business. They were not interested in helping me with a puncture - told me to come back the next day. as you can see my tyre was completely flat but the morning. Another local business fixed my tyre within an hour. And I noticed the cost Tyrepower charges (on their fee schedule hanging at reception) is more than double what I ended up paying.

Eleven and a half thousand/ trillion stars from me.I just went for a wheel rotation and alignment for my Hiace van. I asked one of the technicians to tow it in a little when they were doing the wheel alignment because being a sail (van) in the windy Illawarra, I really get pushed around in the wind and it's sometimes extremely hard to control. Other technicians would only align to spec where these guys were happy to tow it in a little and I was extremely appreciative of that because it made a huge difference.Oops some years later:Called up on a Weds to make a Sat wheel balance booking for my pot hole affected low profiles on another vehicle as a temporary fix because Spot On Wheel Repairs were booked out. They had me on hands free and were happy for me not to commit to the only available 8am booking and go somewhere else.

My wife's car was finished and off the hoist. I went to pay and was asked to wait. He then went on to unload a truck, have a chat with the driver and then a cigarette. I was then asked to settle my account. Worst customer relations I have experienced for a long time. Tyrepower, you are a joke. Never again.

I recently had to make an appointment here just prior to Christmas to replace tyres for an upcoming rego. Tyrepower did not have the required tyres in stock, but were able to get them delivered and installed on that day, which I was grateful for. The only downside was when I picked up my car later, someone had ransacked through my cars centre console, glovebox and rear storage compartment under the floor, scattering contents on the seats and floor. Not impressed even though nothing appeared to be missing, but did not follow up, which I perhaps should have.

Ben and the team were so helpful, friendly and efficient sorting out an urgent tyre replacement for my son's vehicle. I received great service and a decent price with an hour turnaround!They are currently quoting on my work vehicle as a result.I will be going back.Thanks team .

Great service. Very helpful and friendly group. We cut a tire on our rental car and needed a replacement. They ordered a tire from another location and 3 hours later the tire was replaced.Appreciated the efforts as without the tire it would have impacted our vacation and been a problem getting the car back to Sydney on the temporary spare.
