Glynn was excellent, he was affordable and his work is amazing. We used him for full house of tiles and all carpets and it looks brand new again. Honest and reliable. Very happy with this great local business.

Jess pointed out all the things that would be done and we were able to negotiate a price based on our budget. She even helped me put the bins out. The house was very clean and everything was done that was stated. Excellent customer service, would recommend.

We have been working with Glynn for quite a while now. He has helped us out with properties that have had storm/water damage. He has provided detailed reports & quotes, always keeping us up to date with the job. He has even been able to quote on the repairs, making our job a lot less stressful. Highly recommend using TCG, arranged for the them to clean our carpets before moving and technician that attended did a fantastic job. Glynn was a pleasure to deal with and was extremely responsive. The value he holds for each of his customers and his business clearly shows.

Had my house cleaned for a pre-sell clean. Jerry gave me a quote of $860 for two people to clean my home. I was very detailed about what needed to be cleaned. Jerry probably quoted for the amount of detail I needed to clean the house. When the cleaners came to the house, they thought it was an exit house clean, which showed miss communication with Jerry and the cleaners. The cleaners did a good job but instead of taking six to seven hours to clean the house (this is the time I thought it would take when given the quote), it was done in four hours. I rang Jerry the next day (Also rang Shannon, as my real estate agent recommended I do this.), as I felt that I had been over charged. Over $200 an hour for the two person team is very expensive. Jerry said he would talk to his boss but never bothered to get back to me. I left a voice message with Shannon and got no reply at this stage. Shannon got back to me the next day as he was not available the day before. Pity Jerry couldn't ring me back to say his boss was not available and would deal with the issue as soon as possible. Shannon and Jerry discussed the issue and have refunded me $180. Seems Jerry quoted higher as he thought it would be a highly detailed clean but that was not communicated to the cleaners. Hence the cleaners came to my house thinking it was a exit clean, found out different, and then did a good clean in four hours.

Fantastic service reliable and honest company.Glynn was super knowledgeable and his service was fantastic.We have used these guys a few times now, each time I could not fault them. Definitely recommend this company to family and friends.
