It has been great working with Sam and Nikki with in home visits my daughter loves them

My daughter had been working with Tanika who was amazing but sadly she moved on. We were transferred to Aliesha - I met Aliesha once when she came out to my property to do handover with Tanika. I attempted to contact Aliesha to no avail - Aliesha got back to me sometime later explaining she was absent due to covid but she’d love to catch up. I attempted to call her & text her several times a day for a number of days only to be ignored. I needed help and support for my daughter and was completely ignored. When I pulled the funding that’s when she chose to get in contact with me and arrange a time for a call & further more notified me she’ll be seeing my daughter every second week at school. I was informed by the school that when Aliesha did go out to the school she was quite rude, didn’t introduce herself at all and it had quite a negative impact on my daughter. Aliesha was also told to go through the coordinator at school for a suitable time to see my daughter NOT the classroom teacher. Aliesha took it upon herself the day before to notify the classroom teacher she’ll be out in the afternoon to see my child! I got my support coordinator to contact Aliesha directly to cancel her!The lack of contact is disgusting! Don’t get me wrong I understand she has other clients etc but a simple text to arrange an appointment doesn’t go astray?!The fact she didn’t introduce herself is straight out rude!If you get teed up with Aliesha be prepared to be ignored for days / weeks on end, be prepared to not get listened too.Very unprofessional!

I really enjoy being part of the Therapy Pro team. There’s a wonderful mix of colleagues that absolutely believe in what they do to support clients and work as a team.
