Shari Olsson is perhaps the most unprofessional, rude and unskilled person in the property management industry.If anyone ever considers property services with Carson Real Estate I urge you to get in contact with any single person who has used there services before doing do. And if you are reading this and currently receive property services by this company, I highly recommend inspecting your property yourself rather than in-trusting this incompetent company.

The worst service I have ever experienced. Threatening to change the locks without reasonable legal grounds. TIAS and Legal Services Commissioner SA have stated that they don't have legal grounds to do this. Disregarded an already stressful unexpected situation and not understandable, just completely rude and unreasonable. BEWARE if you have an unexpected situation I doubt the director would take care of you. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, even hung up on me. What kind of business is this?.. pathetic

They managed two properties of a family friend and I did the maintenance for it. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional disrespectful bunch of people in my life. The owner/principal Shari Olson will swear and threaten you if you bring any grievances up. We went in to tell them to change management after a property they managed a rental and it was completely destroyed by the tenant and now they are refusing to take responsibility for it.I highly recommend anyone to stay way clear from this crooked bunch of people here.Complete and utter disgrace for a property management business

One star. I could write a huge long review on how unprofessional this company is and shouldn't be trading especially in real estate (yes that's the correct way to spell it)Did not receive any bond back instead got a horrific time. I don't know how they get away with it time and time again.

The absolute worst company I have ever rented through. So disgusted with attitude of the owner Shari Olsen. She is unable to articulate a conversation so she will swear at you, call you names, yell at you, lie and steal. She had lied to a tow company and said there was an abandoned car left at the property on the day I handed the keys back. I spoke to the receptionist and explained my son couldn’t drive as he had a seizure so the car is being picked up the next day with a tow company I had Pre paid and booked. To find out she had rang up a tow truck up and hit the $9,000 car taken. It was reported as stolen and now with the evidence I have it’s been handed to police to follow up. She really shouldn’t be able to continue in the real estate industry. She is a disgrace. She doesn’t know how to communicate and also lacks professionalism with obviously no morals! Avoid this company at all costs. It’s not worth the stress she causes.

This people is full of frauds and Scams, they do everything to ripoff you, I was renting a property 10 months ago and I still couldn’t get my bond back, they make a lot of fake charges on you, for simply to not give your bond back.Make sure when you live Their rental property, you video record everywhere inside and outside of the house, so you can have proof that you cleaned the house and backyard and didn’t do any damage on the house.I hired a cleaner to clean the property and the backyard, and yet they charged me $300 for a cleaning fee and $200 for paint and $250 for there door locks, just to not give my bond money back. Shame on themI wish I could give them a zero star and could cancel their Licenses.I strongly suggest everyone not to deal with this real state. They are thief!!!

The most disrespectful person I have ever met is shari. They will lie, drag maintenance, blame either the landlord or you. The 7 or so months I was there I’ve known 2 of their employees to quit, even blamed a prior worker on maintenance problems. Also watch out for them to “put you through to someone else” even though Shari is right there whispering thinking we can’t hear her lol

Avoid this company at all costs.Most unprofessional real estate company there is, STEER CLEAR! They were supposed to manage my property but didn't provide the service I paid for, poor communication, and abusive towards the tennants.Don't waste your time or money.
