Had them look at a smart phone. Took a $50 deposit for “research”. The research I did myself after the experience indicates my phone I needed for work doesn’t have a replaceable screen but it needed a housing also. If they communicated this before hand it would of saved me a lot of hassle. Better off posting to Adelaide.

This place is a scam!! They take your money, fix it wrong and they dont take responsability!!! Do not bring your devices here, is being a nightmare!! The owners are also very unrespectful and agressive!!

Spark NZs auto renew roaming plan for Australia is VERY expensive. Dave and his daughter got me sorted on a much better value Telstra eSIM roaming setup with zero fuss. Highly recommend.

Gone here twice to get my phone screen repaired both times my phone broke within a week or two. Both brakes where from lite drops about half my hight. I have a pretty protective case so I believe they are just cheaping out on phone screens. Compared to my first brake which was much more impactful.
