Best school ever!! Love it so much! Extremely friendly teachers that are great at promoting student motivation and initiative. All students have an opportunity to try anything they want and all the kids are friendly and nice. The teachers push the students to do their very best and are harsh markers. SPW has been the best experience and I couldn’t ask for anything better.

My daughter was there for six years. If your son and daughter does not fit into the 'safe' mould academically this school offers little support. The headmaster is utopian (we are all happy here at spw) and when issues came up like bullying or other problems he refused to listen. Class numbers are another problem, after grade three they go from four classes down to three. My daughter's class in grade four was 29, my niece in a public school had 28 but she wasn't paying almost 7000 a year. There is a 'boost' programme which is done in numbers - never individualised and basically stops at grade five. After that forget it. My daughter had problems in maths and we had to get an extra tutor.Bottom line: don't be fooled by the beautiful grounds

I live next to the School and it is a joy to me each day. The children are happy and play well, I love hearing them. The parents are friendly and caring. The school is very well run by excellent staff. As an Old Scholar with 4 generations of my family attending (since 1926) I am very proud to have had that long term association.Don’t judge the school by one naughty child. All schools have naughty children that’s normal.

I wrote an email to the principle because his student was throwing rocks at random cars driving past. extremely dangerous behavior! someone could have been killed right there during school pick up hours. Police requested me to contact the school principle. But what did this principle reply? Not a single word. It pretty much tells you what you can expect from them. The price you pay doesn't define the quality of education. sometimes it's the opposite.

Most students from SPW (st peters woodlands) came to my school (I'm not stating my school). Most of the students tend to say how bad the school is but my friend who left my school went there says its amazing and great which I respect his opinion. However, my friends says there was a lot of bullying and even worse things that happening such as someone throwing texters at the teacher and all they get is a suspension-.

I attended this school over 10 yrs ago and left in 2013 due to the bullying being so bad. I remember being left out constantly, teachers making fun of me because I have dyslexia/didn’t understand what they were teaching me and students verbally abusing me on the daily. At the age of 9 I had to attend a psychologist due to the depression and anxiety this school gave me. The teachers and principals did nothing about the bullying which resulted in me having to move schools. I know that I am not the only person who has been bullied and had nothing done about it by SPW. I really hope they have changed in the last 10 years and now do something about bullying.
