I went to dye my hair today, this was a really bad experience, I will never come back. First I walked into the salon and asked the middle age lady if she could dye my hair the same color as the pattern on my phone. She said yes but it might be a little different but overall it would be the same. Then she brought green and blue and asked me which color was fine, as someone who didn't know about colors in dyes, I chose green because the pattern I wanted was dark green. In the end, my hair, after many bleaching and dyeing times, turned out to be a bright green and very weak because it had to be repaired many times, I learned through the other lady that the color I wanted to dye was not originally available. because it is quite few people dyed. I'm really disappointed by the lies of the staff here, they even blamed me because I was the one to choose the color while the 2 colors they gave were not the same as the one I wanted.

Good honest people and service is quick and cost effective. They don’t speak much but ask the right questions with great outcomes.

If i can give 0 stars, I would. Took the lady 4 hrs to do balayage on my hair, checked the photo inspo several times and still didn't get what I requested. Now I have to go somewhere else and have it redone coz I look silly with my hair I don't even want to go to work.

This is for the first Ngoc Dzung Hair salon, which for some reason won't come up on Google maps. This salon was usually my go to for decent haircuts at a low price. However, today I showed my hairdresser a photo and stated that I only wanted a haircut. After the hair cut, I was unknowingly provided with a blow out service which was an additional $11. When paying, I did not question the additional fee that I was charged which was a mistake on my part. However, showing a picture and my hairdresser adding an charged additional service just because it is shown in the photo, and also with NO permission, is unacceptable. Also returned to the store, to enquire about the excess fees I was charged, and I received no apology. An apology is just basic customer service. A simple sorry, would've sufficed for their mistake. Also, they should update their signs because on the sign it says that eyebrow waxing is $7, but I was charged $8 instead. I also did not appreciate my hairdresser heating food up in a microwave that was in the same room that I was in WHILE I was having my eyebrows waxed. I am extremely unhappy about my experience with this store.

I went there for my hair cut I told a lady for step cut but she cut whole my hair no step nd nothing without asking me she cut my hair from inside like she lighten my hair. It was half back length but I m not able to put a rubber band she cut short until neck. I have to attend a function but it's was really owfull day nd very bad experience

Good place to get a haircut and affordable

My hair cut was so choppy and jagged and not straight like I asked for. Had to go to hair warehouse and get it fixed… wouldn’t go here just because they are cheap, got what I paid for tbh. Never again!Paid $25 for a bob haircut previous length was past shoulders

I've been here multiple times and quite happy with the hair cut and affordable price. These ladies always take their time and make sure that they do a good job. Scissor cut are around $15 and they certainly do a better job than few other salon in the area.

I went for hair straightening, the lady kept talking to other staff in their own language, the straightening looked fine initially but when after two days I washed my hair they looked horrible, they were same as before. I went back and asked them to fix it , the lady started screaming and shouting that we can't fix it. This is how our straightening happens. She started talking and shouting in her own language and said we can't fix it. She kept saying it's straight , she didn't agree to what I was saying. She said do whatever you want but I will not fix itThe service was horrible. I would never recommend anyone in this salon. Pathetic service with very rude staff. Very bad service.
