My preferred Coles supermarket. There is only one complaint however with their bakery and how stingy they are with custard filling. Twice I purchased my favourite custard scrolls from here. First time, the tiniest amount. I gave them a second chance thinking it was a once off and unbelievably non- existent as if they smeared it with a knife and then scraped it off further. Custard ratio was never a problem at other Coles stores.

Standing in line at cash register only two open with staff to serve you. It’s 11.54 on a Saturday I have been standing here for 15 minutes 2 staff members standing around because they have to check self service areas. What a joke the more you use self serve then the less real people are getting jobs. Great work Coles. It’s now 12 pm and still here.

Review for Customer Service:J#@* on front desk:I understand if you had a long hard day but your customer service was very poor, your posture & facial expression showed you did not want to be there (you rolled your eyes atthe elderly gentleman ahead of me). A bit more enthusiasm and effort would be nice!

This has always been a good Coles it's big it's open plenty of parking and if you run out of petrol there is a service station right next door and if you're hungry for breakfast lunch or dinner there is a McDonald's right there next door as well...

changed their opening hours to close at 11pm instead of midnight. Wildly inconvenient.Also not communicated at all
