The interlock on my car wasn't working and I came in off the street. Jacob looked after me straight away and had me back on the street, problem (blown fuse) sorted, in less than 20 min. Top notch service, couldn't recommend more highly.

We bring all our cars to Jacob we have been going to him for 10 + years even when he was located in Mosman. He is the only person we trust with our cars because he is 100% honest and won't rip you off, he has tremendous knowledge and experience and always provides the highest quality workmanship.He can handle all kinds of jobs from small to big & won't keep you waiting unnecessarily. He always ensures he has done an exceptional job so you don't have to come back, and soon as your parts arrive he contacts you straight away.I have never had any issues with any of the work he has done on any of the vehicles he has looked after for us over the years and because of him we've been able to keep our cars longer and in much better condition.He's one of the few mechanics that actually take pride in their work and wont just order the cheapest nastiest parts available and then charge you a fortune for them so that he can make more money by making you come back repeatedly.He is a genuine, hard working, honest and quiet guy but cars are his passion. What he doesn't say in a million words he does through his hands, he is a very gifted mechanic and I'm so thankful we found him.The first time I came to Jacob, our car had been making a noise intermittently. I had been to another mechanic at another place who treated me like i was crazy and that there was no noise coming from the car and as though i was Imagining it. Jacob on the other hand was willing to listen to me and persist test driving our car and checking it till he could find the noise himself and fix the issue.He's in a great location too so you can shop at Chatswood while you wait.

Dropped my car in without appointment. Solved the wiring problem in few hours. They are honest and only charged me 30 min labour cost. Reasonable.

Had car for service there, owner is amazing, very friendly, nothing is a problem or issue. I will be definitely back.

They can get a simple job done on the spot without delay as there isn't much work on a weekday. But don't expect a friendly reception.

The guys at PITSTOP are ace, always accommodating, well priced and quick. I got stuck with all my power windows down and they managed to find me a spare and fixed by the next day... no mean feat considering my car is 10 years+

Jacob and his team always deliver honest and fast service. Always taking care of my Ford Ranger. He uses German brand MANNOL engine additives and I am very surprised about this. He must be a very high level professional mechanic. thank you.

My Mum has been a happy customer of Pitstop for many years, so when visiting I also booked in. Great service, prompt, thorough and with an eye for detail. I was very happy and highly recommend them.
