The best post office! Super friendly and helpful especially holding my parcel until I got back from my holidayCannot be happier with their customer service

I have never come across a worse customer service postal shop anywhere in Australia they are rude sort tempered and on some sort of power trip as a postal service they are here to serve the public and as a local in the area i will make it known to all the young ones behind the counter are polite its the older workers that are rude

Since they have moved to a bigger premises. Their customer services has gone down hill very quickly, not very friendly customer service. They leave you waiting around & take ages to serve you while they are messing around behind the counter. Will not be going there again.

ABSOLUTELY the WORST customer service I have ever recieved! Unprofessional rude nasty older lady I had the displeasure of encountering today and I will never step foot back in this post office whilst she works there! The store is old, dirty and non appealing! Its sad Australia Post has their name attatched to this place!

I wouldn't even give one star for the terrible service from the rude lady who served me. Terrible communication, barely acknowledged me just shoved her hand out for my parcel card. Didn't see the name badge but I'm assuming it's probably the same lady everyone has complained about.

Going to this post office is like being sent to the disciplinary teacher in school, where the lady that works there always make us feel anxious.The worst of all was when during the height of the pandemic, no vaccines yet and she told me to undo my glasses because Im too ‘enclosed’ with mask and whatnot. I honestly do not know how the nice gentleman deal with her on a daily basis.Since then I would always ensure all my parcels end up at another post office.

Well what an ordeal. It happened three months ago. I have frequented this post office for 30 years. given them hundreds of dollars in money. They should clean up the shop, it’s like a hoarders place,disorganised and someone needs clean it. But that aside, a middle aged grumpy, aggressive, nasty Staff member resides there every day, I have been putting up with her obnoxious behaviour for years and years. She needs to get the flick big time. I refuse to use the Post Office again, no apology to a long term customer and she was gloating when her boss and owner minimised her behaviour. No apology, no concern happy to let 30 year customers leave upset. and stood up for her obnoxious behaviour. Maybe it happens all the time.

Love the customer service that is provided here. Always quick and easy. The opening hours are handy and have even been allowed in after closing. Will go out of my way to come to this post office if I can.
