Bought my saw here they're a top bunch of blokes willing to help you alot and they always just take a step further with their customer service iv got a good deal here and will continue to buy my castrol oil here it's cheaper then anywhere else iv looked if it's a some farm implement a tractor saw or a side by side even this is the place for you it's also a elite shop so have more stock then other places around behold Dover and sons

I have had the most wonderful service experience from Dover and Sons Beaudesert. We purchased a Polaris Ranger several years ago from a dealership in Brisbane, and have had trouble with it from the beginning. That dealership was never able to help, nor any other Polaris dealership in Brisbane, nor Polaris themselves. Everyone turned us away and said they couldn't help. The Polaris sat lifeless in the shed. Unusable. I came across Dover and Sons quite by accident and they have been caring and helpful from the moment I stepped in the door. Jodie took the time to understand what has been happening for us and the frustration we have been going through for years. Randal took the time to work through what the challenge was and went above and beyond to have Polaris contribute to the parts needed to solve the issue, and to keep the repair costs as low as possible for us. He took a lot of care and time to run through everything with us when it was finished. We finally have a working machine and I look forward to many years of caring customer service with Dover and Sons. It seems so rare these days, and I am so relieved I found them. I recently bought a Stihl FS131R Brush Cutter from Dover & Sons. Spending this kind of money on yard equipment is something my partner and I had put a lot of thought into.So, imagine our disappointment when I took it home,only to find the head would not turn once started. It was not started in front of me before purchasing.We both took it back the next time we were in town. The sales assistant was not apologetic, but rather defensive instead. He quickly started it outside which got the same result as our experience at home. Without a word he disappeared out the back, returning several minutes later, telling us that the mechanic had got it working.We were not offered much of an explanation or an apology, let alone a replacement.Very disappointed in this kind of service and we'll be going to another Stihl dealer for any future purchases and servicing.

Poor customer service, 4 people sitting behind a desk and not one person came to help. I just picked up my stuff and left, on the way out I said I’ll go to jimboomba Stihl, some rude guy behind the counter says “ you can say you need help”!!!You can’t help stupid!They lost $3000 dollar sale!

Excellent place to shop for farm machinery, I have been doing business with these guys for years. I was just in there the other moth when I needed an Aerator for my compacted paddocks. Terrific customer service they delivered my machine to my farm and hooked it up to my tractor

The team there are always helpful and I try to spend with them in order to support local businesses.Randle, Jodie, Chris, Justin are the people that I deal with who really do their very best to help me.No complaints.
