Found site, product and service excellent. Was trying to find a pressure hose for an Aldi Work Zone petrol pressure washer. Choice of two hoses. Would suggest they update their site to recognise searches for Aldi Work Zone petrol pressure washer" as it took a bit of searching to find their site."

I recently ordered some wheels for my surface cleaner and Mark's help was great, postage was fast but when I received I noticed the fixing bolts weren't there and online it shows them with bolts. When I sent an email my response was Mark not in the office now

PW&P offer one of the best customer services that I have experienced. The staff at PW&P suggested that I send a photo of my installation that I was having issues with and they were able to recommend a solution. These guys are awesome! I sent them an email about my pressure washer and they replied almost immediately with a bunch of information to help diagnose the problem. After a few simple conversations via email, I found the problem and had it cured! These are the team to see. Their prices are fantastic and beyond the prices, the service is exceptional. Its quite refreshing to find a team that not only sell the right gear, but actually stock it and know exactly what they are talking about. I'll be coming back to these guys!
