Diagnosed problem by phone; turned up promptly with the right parts; made the replacement and gave the printer a thorough check and clean-up; took away all packaging and waste. Oh, and Brett was polite and pleasant as well!

Excellent work by Brett and the team. They took the time to listen and tried to fix my problem over the phone for FREE. Once this wasn't possible they came out and fixed it on the same day. I didn't even have to call any IT people as the Techs were quite capable to connect it to the network. Keep up the good work!
