I would give Just patio 100% perfect score! I’m normally not one who will give out 100% as I always believe there is always room for improvement, but for just patio , they are just perfect in every ways !From the start to the end , everyone is professional and handle my case with great care , communication is easy , every appointment is on time , the whole process is being explained clearly and properly , if there is any changes , they will always inform me early . The patio they built is above my expectation.The plus is before the patio was built , the body cooperate at my complex gave us a hard time but Just patio handle them with great patience. Now even my fussy body cooperates told me my patio looks fantastic !Brendan , Kieren and Elivia are wonderful and easy to talk to .After the patio was built , they even send out a private assessor to make sure everything is done properly .I’m just absolutely and totally impressed with Just Patio !I would highly recommend Just Patio to anyone !

We chose Just Patios because they are locally made. The entire Just Patios team are great. From measure and quote to getting council approval to the install team. Everything was amazing and we are very happy with the outcome. We have recommended them to our friends and would use them again in the future.I have to give a shout out you to the guys that installed our Patio. The two guys that came to do the install where very nice and I was surprised how quick and professional they are.

We can't thank you enough for the excellent flyover that was just completed (January 2021). Right from the start with Steve who spent hours with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted with some great idea's, to the admin staff who were fantastic with all the communication and kept us up to date with progress all the way through (thank you Annette and Elivia). Last but certainly not least, to Jason and his team of workers - For their precise workmanship and the way they left the premises everyday was impeccable. This is by far the most professional business we have ever dealt with and we can not recommend them high enough. THANK YOU TO ALL INVOLVED.

Can I take this opportunity to thank the Just Patios team for a fantastic service, customer experience and an install crew that were a pleasure to work with. As a qualified ex-tradie I thought that quality, competency and pride were things of the past, but the crew that attended changed my view of that completely, and they are a credit to your business. From the start all of the staff have been prompt, courteous, professional, friendly and upfront with potential extra charges, delays and even sorting out replacement of incorrectly labelled glass. It wasn't a process we looked forward to due to prior experiences with other trades / firms. We needn't have worried as this was pleasurable to go through compared to what we thought it would be. We truly appreciated their professionalism but their communication was 2nd to none. If you read this and are deciding whom to go with, don't go any further. They will get the job done just how you want it. Thank you to all involved. We now have a patio and not a sieve!!

100% Recommend Just Patio's. From the first initial consultation with Stephen who made sure we got what we wanted to achieve, he came out late afternoon to suit our schedule for paperwork & kept us up to date with the process. All the office staff are just amazing! from regular updates to making sure our covenant approval was arranged, I could not speak higher of these wonderful women. The builders were fantastic and built us a stunning flyover patio & we couldn't be happier with the result! Steve and the team at Just Patios were incredible to deal with. Such a fantastic experience the first time installing a patio, I engaged Steve and the team for a car port installation also.Couldn't recommend highly enough.10/10

Great service. While we didn't actually proceed with a carport, it was because Brendan was upfront in identifying potential conflict with our sewer line, which turned out to be the case. Would recommend, as our case probably not the norm.
