Should you use this mechanic?Yes, absolutely.Price and time 10/10 for both. Got my car towed to them and they were PACKED, and yet my car which needed parts ordered in was able to be picked up the next day. Price was EXTREMELY fair/reasonable. First time using them and I will only use them going forward, for myself and family/friends.Communication is the best I have ever dealth with. They have a lady working reception and phones so I was easily able to get a text response back for any questions, and I was updated via text on parts that were replaced as well as letting me know of other things that they noticed need replacing and if I wanted that done also.My car which was undriveable was dropped off midday Monday (and was ready by around midday Tuesday - amazing!) by a tow-truck service they recommended (Fastlane Towing & Transport - excellent service) and had quite a few parts needing to be replaced (Lower ball joint + front lower arm which had snapped off, front rotors, pads, sway bar link etc.).The additional repairs that I agreed for them to do would require more parts to be ordered in (I drive a 20 year old car), so they allowed me to take my car back after the initial repairs were done so I could take it back to them once the extra parts arrived.They also topped up my oil free of charge as they noticed it was low.If you are in Ballarat or happen to break down in the area - definitely use these guys. Very trustworthy!

I’m from NSW and was on holidays in Ballarat, VIC. I called this business and explained something was wrong with my brakes and I was required to drive back to Sydney. Bryce told me to go past, I understood that he was busy but he got me in and in no time changed my brake pads. Absolutely grateful and he was willing to help me out. I would highly recommend this business. The people I dealt with were lovely and helpful. They did a great job and had a great understanding of mechanical works. I couldn’t thank them enough. Dani.
