Another sales person helped me with my purchase and had amazing knowledge of the product I purchased which was extremely helpful as I was unsure about the differences in products. Checkout was fast and efficient. The product range in store was amazing. Pop in and have a look around they have a huge range of products that I didn't know they stocked. Terrific experience...fast friendly and well priced.

Adam and the staff are a pleasure to deal with! Would recommend to anyone to shop here, will happily drive the 45 minutes to get great service they provide! Impressed!

Had a really good experience here, staff were friendly but not pushy, happy to let me browse the shop. Purchased a CD player for my daughter, however after a few weeks of use it no longer read CDs. They swapped it over for a new one, without any hassles. Much appreciated!

Spent nearly over $40,000 on this place, I’ve bought lots of furniture and appliances and have been a customer here for years until I experienced one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve had, which made me never purchase anything from here again. I bought a black “leather” 2-seat couch which cost me over $2,500, we used it for awhile without seeing any noticeable indications of pleather until a year of usage.I contacted the customer service asking for a replacement of the material to change the couch to real leather, they responded a couple of days later and asked if anyone in our household takes medication, and if so, the medication could affect your skin and cause the couches “leather” to peel, I responded back saying no one in our household takes medication and that it’s obviously pleather, so their response that I got back in return was “we’ll send someone over to pick it up and take it to the tip”.I would not recommend this retailer to anyone, I just want to warn whoever buys or is thinking of buying from here that you might be a victim to scamming in this store.

Went in there a few times and were ignored two of the Three visits, not greeted by sales person who seemed more interested in the counter computer and other sales person was too busy to acknowledge us went and bought our flat screen TV in bairnsdale. Poor form especially since my wife and I and another elderly gentleman were the only customers in the shop.
