LHP Landscaping & JOEL Irrigation

Over priced, very shoddy work. Did not connect the reticulation after installation; did not put in the installation shown on their design map, which was paid for ( very overprice when compared to other companies) and still waiting for this to be fix 3 years later. Very tardy.

James and the team where a pleasure to deal with. I emailed with my enquiry and had a call back within the hour. They came to my home at a time that suited me and completed the job with ease and efficiency. I would highly recommend and would use again. Thanks again so much for easing my stress and fixing my retic so quickly!

Neil was hugely helpful in organising to help rectify my irrigation issue and Wayne was an absolute treat to deal with, he was great to chat to and nothing was too difficult. The problem was solved quickly and my system has been working well since. Thank you Joel irrigation!

Based on the recommendation of a neighbour and friend that Joel Irrigation had done a good job for them, I called them to ask for assistance with maintenance and repair of my reticulation.The person I spoke to said they could not assist for at least one week but that they would call to arrange a site visit to assess the job and then quote. After two weeks I had not received any call. I called again and spoke to someone else to explain the lack of follow up. The person on the phone this time apologized for the original lack of service and said that he would follow up and call me back. Over one week has passed and, guess what, no call!I find it remarkable that any business can be so irresponsible in serving potential customers!If you are not interested in providing a service, just say so, so customers don’t waste their time!

I am currently subdividing my property and had Neil and his team do quite a few things for me. This included a retaining wall that was 40+ metres, installation of reticulation and garden and a new paved driveway. All was done in a timely and professional manner and very well priced. Would use again for sure

Joel's irrigation and landscaping installed a reticulation system through out my existing garden and replaced the lawn in my front and back yard. I can say I made alot of changes to the design on site which incurred extra difficulties to completing the job. Joel's was nothing but polite and helpfull through out the whole process, I am pleased to say that I'm extremely happy with workmanship and service that was provided

A very professional company whose personnel explained exactly what was happening with our reticulation system Would have no hesitation in recommending them for general reticulation services and also bore replacement. We had a 45 year old bore motor down 200 feet, and the problem was diagnosed quite quickly and then replaced. A new satisfied customer. Kay.

Terrible service!If I could give no stars, I would.One of the service personnel came to my property to fix a problem a solenoid problem on one station on the irrigation system but after one and a half hours couldn't find it, so he said they would send another person next day 'with a stronger apparatus to find the signal'. Another person arrived and went through the same procedures and said his machine 'was not strong enough to find the fault'. Another came and .....you know the rest. I had to travel abroad, so my son told me that the boss had been with a great big machine ánd thinks he found it and I eventually received an invoice for $200 for Repairs"which I paid.When I came back to WA

I needed some new lawn laid and retic installed and Joel Irrigation provided a great price. Sam also provided lots of information and was very approachable. Work was also done in a very timely manner.Unfortunately, the quality and workmanship did not seem to match their sales.First, The lawn was laid so unevenly with divots everywhere. Upon raising this issue, I was told it’s “hard to get the dips out when compacting” It did not seem like much compacting was done. I was also told top soil would fix this which they could do for me AT A COST.Second, the battery operated retic controller looked like it had been installed diy by uncle Bruce. Extremely messy with wires everywhere. Sam did make this loo a little better when I raised this issue.Overall, very disappointed with experience.
