HBK & Co Hairdressing

I have been coming to HBK & Co for years, Stephanie (Steph) has never failed to impress me with her skills on my hair. She takes care to listen and recreate what I’m looking for, from colour to styling. Her knowledge and personality go hand in hand in what service should be.Such beautiful staff also… Kate, Jess, James are always welcoming and so kind.I can’t stop speaking highly of this Salon.

Found their page on instagram and decided to give it a shot but unfortunately it was a very big disappointment, i had a full balayage done by Steph my hair extremely burnt and damaged and the colour is awful and nothing like what i asked, i showed pictures of what I wanted and they said it’s possible to achieve but afterwards when I mentioned it’s not what i asked they tried to get out of it by speaking about technicality, at that point there was no point to argue the damage was done and when i got home after one wash it looks worst! And my blow wave was done by James which was very aggressive and rough they definitely don’t have gentle hands at this place i came home with an horrible headache for all the hair pulling. Never visit again and don’t recommend. Extremely expensive very unprofessional place and people

I've been going to this salon for years and always walk away extremely happy with my result. I love that they specialise in lived in blondes. I'm very particular with the creamy but cool blonde I like and Steph always hits the mark. She is an amazing hairdresser and always goes above and beyond with the service she provides.

I had a lovely experience on my first appointment at the salon with Merel. She was super professional and listened to what I wanted and really personalised the cut and products she used to my lifestyle and future goals for my hair. I also loved how she styled my hair with rollers. She is very talented, I will be back to the salon for sure. I also really liked the the design of the salon and the coffee was delicious!

I have been visiting the salon for nearly 6 years and have never been happier, from have colour correction done, to going platinum blonde to now being bronde, Kate and Jess have been absolutely incredible and never fail to disappoint, and will exceed expectations always.I honestly could not recommend HBK and co enough, the team are sensational, they’ll leave your hair feeling the best of the best, as well as building a genuine bond and will tailor the experience to each individual.

Enjoyed my experience here so much! It was my first time and this place has become my new favourite salon. Modern, clean, cute decor, and overall good vibes. I had Ben and he was amazing. Very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. The head massage was heavenly! He took the time to cut my hair. I got toner and a cut and very happy with the result!

Visited HBK today for the first time and had apt for a cut and toner with James. James is a talented stylist who nailed the brief of cut & toner perfectly. I appreciated that he took the time at the start of my apt to consult and to offer his advice.Loved what he did, I had curtain bangs cut in for the first time and James talked me through each step of how to style them myself when I was at home, he also suggested products which would enhance the style given my fine hair. Thanks James for a great experience , see you again soon.

I love hbk and the team at hbk! My usual hairdresser is Steph and she is Super talented and absolutely wonderful. She is able to manage my unruly, curly hair and always takes care to not dry it out while maintaining the hair colour of my choice (even when choosing to go lighter). Steph takes the time to listen to my hair preferences and always achieves the colour and style I like. I prefer super ashy colours and she always tones to perfection. Steph is careful to always make notes on my file giving me the flexibility to book with anyone of the brilliant hbk team members and have the same hair results. Highly recommend Steph and the hbk team.

Without a doubt, one of the best salons in Australia! The most talented staff. no matter who I have doing my hair, I know I’m in the best hands! Always ahead of the game with techniques through ongoing training. Constantly creating the most perfect lived-in blonde that doesn’t require constant visits for upkeep. Big love for Hbk
