Cannot recommend highly enough. One of the best massages I have ever had! The atmosphere was so relaxing. The prices are so affordable for the great result you have received. Bee is the best ever therapist!!!!!

Scotty Barlow is an absolute master at his craft. I began treatment with Scotty around ten years ago. At that stage I had chronic daily headaches that significantly impacted my quality of life. Fast forward to now and I am fit and healthy able to exercise and be my best self. Scotty approaches his work from a holistic perpsective looking at the whole picture of health and wellbeing and implementing individualised preventative plans - not just a quick fix that never lasts.

Scott is super nice and friendly and great to chat to while working in the gym. I’m a teenager currently going through my school exams, so I have found this gym to be an excellent place to stay healthy and relieve stress. I currently train once every week and doing that consistently has improved my posture and confidence a lot:)

I’d highly recommend visiting BarlowFitwell, The trainers and staff there are amazing. They’re very knowledgeable in what they do. I first arrived at the clinic with a hip impingement and tight hip flexors, Scotty was able identify what was going on with my body and we were able to work towards me being able to regain mobility. Super happy with the treatment I received.

I am a 67 year old male . I have been seeing Scott for 4 years originally for neck and shoulder pain which I had for many years .After correcting my posture and movement patterns together with remedial massage and therapy I am back to uninterrupted consistent gym training 4 - 5 times per week and have reintroduced running into my routine.Well worth the investment .
