I came into the store looking for some products that I have bought from your business before but forgot the location. When I asked the lady she said sorry those products wont work for you I asked again and she said No I was shocked. I understand her job is to recommend but she was flat out refusing to tell me where I could find what I was looking for and what I wanted. She was rude when I didnt want her advice now after having to ask several times I was getting very stressed so I finally had to be blunt and just ask do you sell the products or not! She said yes and showed me and walked off not happy with me. I felt absolutely horrible and this could have been avoided if she just showed me the location for what I was after. After leaving with my produts that I wanted I did my hair and ended up getting the result that I was after. She was highly unprofessional and rude! I will not shop at your business again and nowI have found another business that sells the same products I use and will shop for all my hair products from them now on.

Went here for a belly button piercing and extremely disappointed , piercing wasn’t even straight, and for it to get extremely infected three weeks after having to get the hospital to cut it out. as it was so swollen even after doing all the after care they told me to do, I had bought the spray they recommended and did it 2-3 times a day for It to get so swollen and infected having to get antibiotics and a tetanus shot. Not impressed at all have had piercings here before never had an issue till this time.

I was at Hairhouse Warehouse today for a 10.15am appointment for covering regrowth and foils. My hair in the mocha colour and subtle highlights is beautiful. I feel pretty. My hair is naturally curly. Today I had it blow dried straight. So lively. Professional and most wonderful hairdressers.

Called up for a late booking and they were happy to pop me in for a trim. Staff were really friendly without being too over the top and not judgemental or pushing products, which was really appreciated.

My daughter paid for a Mother’s Day cut for me today however I was overcharged. The advertised price for cut wash and dry was $65 however I was charged more. My haircut experience wasn’t good as they put products in my hair without telling me what they were or what was in them and it caused my scalp and hair to feel horrible and irritated. I had to immediately go home to wash my hair when I just had it washed. The staff were friendly but I don’t recommend their service and will not return. They should be offering a refund and not advertise incorrect pricing.

The staff here are so lovely! I have massive anxiety about going to the hairdresser but within 5 minutes of being in this salon I always feel relaxed. Awesome hairdressers, they always cut such nice styles. Piercers are great too! I won't go anywhere else now.

Absolutely happy with this place.Kayla and Nikita were amazing.I noticed all the staff members were so engaged with their clients .I was very pleased with the results of my hair.Will surely be back.Highly recommended!!!!
