I have just purchased a used car today. I am so happy about the car and the service that Dene and his team have provided. Dene and his team are friendly and easy to talk to. I am impressed that they did a very good clean inside and outside the car before I come to pick it up. He even given me a report about the car I have purchased. Highly recommended if you would like to purchase a vehicle from Dene. Thank you once again, Dene.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, this guy rips families off and leave them stranded. Do not go to this ‘business’. It’s disgusting that companies like this can operate.

NOV 2022. Fella Dene is a great and geniune car dealer. Honest and selling great cars. On top of that he actually comes at a negotiating good price to offer for the vehicle. Better than other dealers with a price attitude and not customer focused. I definitely recommend him and he holds good stock of cars as well. Helping queenslanders. I recommend checking him out before making a final decision. 10/10 from me for great service.

Purchased Ford Falcon XR6 Ute off Dene on Dec 30 last year, due to health I wasn’t able to drive ute back to Rockhampton. Dene and his team arranged delivery, I’ve had the car 3 weeks now and running smoothly. Highly recommend and 5 star review from me.

Absolutely terrible and untrustworthy. Purchased a car from Jason and I have had endless issues from week 2. Has gone back and forward to the dealer for repairs and the issue remains.I had an independent assessment done and turns out that no work was actually carried out.Very unprofessional to deal with as when you are trying to explain the issues for the 5th time and get the phone hung up on you is very frustrating.According to the Qld statutory warranty I am entitled to a refund as the issue has not been fixed with 4 attempts and the paperwork for the car given to me is incomplete.However I am having to go through the office of fair trade and possibly a court matter.Dealers should not be allowed to rip people off like this and sell an unsafe car that loses power in an intersection and then you send your car back to the dealer who you should be able to trust only to find out that nothing was actually done.Unsafe and untrustworthy

Professional in person. Good quality cars. Paid $300 for RACQ to do an inspection on the car and then I gave him an offer. He then sold it 3 days later to someone else without letting me know what was happening at all. Bad communication. I would always have to contact him and would have to pry information out of him.

Dene was extremely professional honest and treated me with respect answering all my questions as a female not knowing anything about cars, purchasing a car on my own for the first time! I am extremely happy with my purchase, Denes service and his follow up. I feel any bad reviews are definitely talking about a totally different person and yard! See what vehicle they sold, they cheated my friend said it's a good car, but it's LEAKING PETROL AND ENGINE OIL EVERYWHERE. MY FRIEND MIGHT DIE FROM IT AND HE DOESN'T WANT TO REFUND OR FIX IT. Also my friend has paid for the vehicle one month ago but they haven't transfer it to my friends' name until now.
