Shen's Massage

Called and booked an appointment for my mother for an hour massage and was quoted $55 dollars over the phone which was fine. Once my mother had the massage they asked for $70 dollars and said she received a full body massage. My mother explained that she only had the back, neck and legs done and not a total body massage and more to the point I was told the hour would cost $55. The ladies at the shop were very aggressive and said they would not take any less than $70. I am very disappointed in that Shen's quoted me over the phone $55 dollars and then once the massage was done demanded $70. I would not recommend this place as they were rude and really didn't care that they have quoted us $55 dollars over the phone. I asked to speak to the manager and the man I spoke to on the phone but again was shut down. I would give them minus stars if I could. BTW the massage was less than average. Total disappointment for this business.

Been here on several occasions and never disappointed (as I have been in many other establishments).Most recently had a young I think Chinese lady do an incredibly powerful foot massage as requested.She really connected with my feet and it was like walking on air for a couple of days and still almost a week later I feel the benefit.Impressive

Walked in on Sunday Morning with no appointment, I was taken straight away. My neck and back were in agony. I had a neck,back and shoulder massage and reflexology. Even below they were run off their feet with a consistent stream of walk ins, I had the most relaxing and best reflexology and massage I have had in a long time. The lady did not rush and got all my knots and pain away. Slept like a baby, all for $60.

Fixed my back. Was able to play tennis again same day. Had back shoulder massage. They really roll each muscle so well. Thank you!!!

I recently had a massage, they were busy and called for another staff member from the other shop. This staff had a runny nose and was sniffling during the entire massage, and to be honest, it wasn't an enjoyable massage. I left, then the next day, woke up with a cold and sore throat. I emailed them on Feb 14th as I was annoyed. They advised me that the manager would call me re; the massage. I still haven't heard back from them. I've always been happy with their massages, but this has been an unpleasant experience. If we can't visit Drs or hospitals with cold symptoms, staff shouldn't massage clients.

I will firstly acknowledge that I have had massages here previously that were at a decent standard, however I had a terrible experience today and would like to offer you guys some feedback. I have been in hospital all week recovering from severe tonsillitis and fevers, my glands were very sore and I just wanted to come get a relaxing massage. On arrival I was not asked about injuries or the pressure I would like my massage which should always be done. Once the massage started she came straight in with her elbows on my neck and upper back which was very sore from being severely Ill . I told her ouch that’s to hard and she said oh okay but basically kept going very very firmly to the point where I was flinching and gritting my teeth. I don’t know why she continued to do it so hard. I understand she did not understand the background of my week however you should be making us fill out health screening form or asking the necessary questions. It will make the expensive better for the customer and not hurt/injure them. My shoulder feels really sore now and I actually started crying as that’s how painful it was. Perhaps also discuss with your therapists to watch out for signs that someone is in pain and maintain communication with the client to see if they are okay …

Best massage I've hard in a very long time! I've had constant back pain for a while and Kyle pin pointed my aching spot without me telling him in seconds! Definitely going back again!
