The mechanic knows what he is doing. He gave me a detailed explanation of his opinion on the best thing for my bike. Compared to abc crossroads, I'm getting like twice the value for the same money. Less wait time too, and feels good going to a small business owner

The only store owner I experienced that winged and Sookie la la’ed to customers about how busy he was! Three people in the shop. Talk about a tantrum. After 25 minutes after I had phone ahead…I walked out. Then helped Matt the plumber load is bike on to his Work 4x4. Never ever again.

Nice shop and great staff. Both Robert and Paul were very helpful and spent time guiding me through the process of choosing the right bike for me within my budget, understanding sizing, how to detach wheel and transport in a car, etc. No sales pressure, just honest conversations.I'm very happy to have a local shop and experts who can answer my questions.

Got a great bike that suits my needs perfectly. The staff member was very insightful and friendly. He was nice enough to give me a free drink bottle holder to add to the bike and gave me a good deal on a bike and helmet together. Will be returning for scheduled maintenance and will be recommending this store to others.

Great staff! Went in intending to buy a new kid's bike but our son isn't quite big enough to upgrade. Rather than take the easy sale they were honest about waiting a few months. Definitely going back when the time is right
