I have visited this restaurant many times and they have been consistent with their quality! I love the pizzas and pastas along with their great prices. The service is very friendly as well. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a delicious dinner :)

Understaffed and undertrained. Big downgrade from its Narellan town centre days.***had a wonderful phone call from the owner telling me not to come back due to leaving a negative review.***Review carefully my guys!Hey mate. I’m again just reviewing the honest experience of dealing with your business. Including any follow up correspondence. I want to be completely transparent. I would hate to think I miss review anything.It didnt look busy, just looked busy for the amount of staff that were on.Training staff on how to make contact with clients would have really helped. Front of house Staff seemed to be trying their best but.

Every time we have ordered pizzas from here they have been delicious! The menu is great and has lots to choose from.We normally pick up our order, today I chose delivery and received my home delivery within the promised timeframe. Great local pizza shop!

Best to pick up, do not order delivery. Pasta was was very average and wrong pizzas delivered. Will not be ordering from here again unfortunately.

I have bought pizza many times before ,and the pizza was lovely .Today I ordered 1 pizza at 5 pm when shop opened .it was delivered 6.40 and was just warm We live 5 kilometres away .Not impressed today

Very disappointing and not the Bella's we had loved for many years at Narellan. We weren't tended to by staff on entry and sat at our table for at least 10 minutes before my partner walked up to the lady at the front where she then brought over menus. There was only 1 other small table of customers already there. We chose our food and walked up to the front to order and asked that entrees come out with mains. The entrees came out quickly but then we had to wait another 40 minutes for the rest of our food. There were no other customers there once the first table left and maybe 1 or 2 pickups only the entire time we were there. Partner got up to check on mains and then the staff member came over asking if we wanted our pizza boxed up. WTH?? We hadn't received 3 mains and the pizza was still being eaten. The 3 mains eventually came out and they all looked and tasted like scrambled egg despite being completely different dishes. One had egg and bacon, which was not meant to have egg or bacon. Totally shocked by the whole experience. Gobsmacked. The food and service was terrible. The only decent thing was the pepperoni pizza, which gets the 2 star rating. We won't be going back.
