Kaisercraft Park Ridge

Terrible customer service. I arrived at the store at 5pm and there were due to close at 530pm and I was not allowed in and when another customer walked in the lady at the counter raised her voice nd said they were closed. The item i bought was a gardening set as a gift and when i got home to check the package it was disgusting, the poor way they packaged it and the box was all damaged. Do not go here.

I love popping into Kaisercraft Park Ridge. I never miss an opportunity when I am at the centre getting my groceries. Chris and Kat are so friendly and helpful everytime from getting me a basket to helping with design colours. 10 out if 10 girls.

Great craft shop with some good prices but still a little pricey for some people

Freshly open store for all crafty people. It is like a mini version of Spotlight. Staff rather standoffish and aloof. The store look bright and interesting but with the attitude of some staff, did not bother to venture further.

Have visited and brought a couple of craft items. Found staff helpful and friendly. Nice variety of products displayed. A must needed shop for Park Ridge Town Centre.

This store offers so much more than craft supplies.Giftware, homewares, Wall Art, soaps, cards etcI can never help myself when shopping in the complex, the staff are always happy to help or leave you to browse.

I find the staff friendly and helpful. The store bright and clean and inviting . It stocks lovely homewares soaps etc but I have to say I am disappointed at the lack of variety of paper craft related supplies given that it is meant to be a papercraft store. I am having to buy supplies online when I would much prefer to examine and decide purchases in person with knowledgeable staff on hand to give suggestions and advice. It seems Kaisercraft is moving more towards homewares than craft which is a shame as there is a distinct lack of walk in stores for card makers on this side of the city.
