Worst service Australia outlet ever. The elder staff (especially the two ladies) have absolutely no training on anything. They cannot resolve an issue and doesn't even put a slight effort into it.They don't even listen to what we say and tries to handball us to a different department. Absolutely pathetic. There is an option in centrelink website to lodge a complaint about a staff. But these staff do not display their names. So as customer we do not have no other option than to say this on google. These ladies are racist, arrogant and absolutely stupid.I found that these two ladies sometimes work at Bridgewater service australia too. Rest of the staff are helpful and resolves a problem quicker.

Unexperienced and unprofessional staff. Worst experience ever waited for 2 hours and then they said we are not trained for medicare queries. Pathetic service..

Tried to ring and make an appointment to change detail got a recorded messave that hung up not happy

My son waited on two consecutive days for two hours for planned “call back”then got a message saying he did not answer the call and had to start the whole application again after two months of applying. This absurd behaviour is beyond belief

just hate the way that they are not letting Afghan people inside the building. that its just racism and its not okay to treat Afghan people like that . what is the difference between Afghan people and others we are all humans doesn't matter if you are from a different countygrow up bRudest staff I have ever experienced really need to evaluate you staff.

Centrelink Glenorchy have just spent a heap of our money to redecorate and reorganize the office. What we didn't realize is that they somehow haw nee rules so that Centrelink staff can sit down but old people and people who have had strokes are not allowed to sit down. Is this a law passed by the parliament?

The staff is very friendly and willing to support.
