Uninterested and untrained staff. We needed a gas bottle refill, which they say is a service they provide, and have had one refilled just days earlier. Although when arriving to get the gas bottle refilled there was no staff member working" that was trained to do the job. Even though the person who had filled it previously was there. We were told that he was only there to receive a delivery and wasn't "working " today
