Excellent service. The staff are lovely. I phoned earlier in the day, prior to my eye test, to check their covid protocols since I'm in a difficult position healthwise. Without me even having to ask, Lara informed the optometrist and other staff members, and they popped on masks when dealing with me. It was so thoughtful and appreciated. Thank you.

Ingle Farm store is great. Have always been looked after by friendly & professional staff, from the eye test to pick up. Really big range of frames. Onto my third pair of specs & have been able to wear each pair comfortably straight away with no problems. I was told the 2nd time I went to have an eye check that my vision hadn't changed & I could keep the specs I had so they aren't trying to sell something you don't need. Excellent prices compared to the optometrist is was going to before.

It was great. Staff were informative, quick and friendly. In and out with my glasses to be ready within a fortnight, was informed I can bring my old glasses in for other people in need which I think is superb. Will definately use specsavers in the future

Waited a month for my glasses to come in. Had to have them redone because they were made incorrect. Another month and when they were ready I had to return to the store twice as they were 'too busy' to give them to me, even though they were just standing around. The older man at the desk was a bit rude about the whole process and didn't care that I had things to do, just said come back later. Not the best service to be honest.

I cannot give enough praise to Lara for her assistance for myself and my friend on our recent visit. He is new to the country and doesn't speak much English, but Lara helped him feel comfortable and even spoke some Spanish to him. I have been going to Specsavers Ingle Farm for years now and this experience reinforced my positive feelings about them, and Lara was a huge reason for that. Thank you.

Not very happy really.Despite me asking for my frames to be adjusted to fit, they weren’t adjusted, the assistant insisted I could go to a nearby specsavers if they needed adjusting.I told her, I live over 4 hours from my nearest store, that is why my glasses are being posted to me, and I would like them adjusted before I left. she still wouldn’t adjust my frames.Now, my $600 glasses have arrived and I can’t wear them as they literally fall off my face!So, now i have to find a spare day (I work full time) to make the 8 hour return drive to my nearest store to get them properly adjusted!No longer an economical choice either! I might as well go to a private provider, the cost wouldn’t be any different and nowhere near so inconvenientJanine Connell

Attended Specsavers Ingle Farm for many years always great service until now.Everytime you go in there may be 5 services assistance people standing around a pod and no one serves you.I came in to this store in December 2022 to order contact lenses.I have had to attend several times as they have either forgotten" to order the trial contacts or have ordered the wrong ones. I attended a month ago to find they had again ordered the wrong ones...I still have not been advised that the correct ones have come in...so can only presume they "forgot" to order them again. Go elsewhere if you are after professional and timely service."
