I will only go to Berwick automotive now as they are very honest and professional. I have been going there for years now and have never been disappointed. My whole family take their cars there and many friends too. If you need a good honest mechanic then these are your people!

I used their services for an RWC for a car I was selling. They seemed honest and professional. They were quite flexible and fitted me in under short notice.

This was our first time using Berwick Enterprise Automotive.They were really helpful from the beginning, gave a basic initial quote and provided a comprehensive detailed breakdown of items that needed attention, ordered by importance, once looking over the car.The service went well and we appreciated the attention to detail.

My mobile dog grooming trailer urgently needed the wheel bearing replaced. Stuart was very helpful and booked me in that afternoon. It was repaired the same day, which was great because I am self employed and can't afford to be off the road for too long.

I gave my Toyota for a service at Berwick enterprise automotive. I was impressed at the service and quality of work.I got a call letting me know upfront what it would cost me. The billing too was very reasonable compared to a Toyota service centre.

We were initially pleased with the service provided by this business, until something went horribly wrong. We had our car serviced, the brake pads at the front were replaced. Only three days after picking up the car during one of our drives along the freeway we started to notice noise under the car, and the steering wheel started to shake. Long story short a family member helped us diagnose the problem and found that the bolts on our front wheels were only finger tight. You let us pick up our car and drive on the road with wheels loose — our lives were at risk with this mistake.I rang the next morning to let you know what we’ve experienced so you are very much aware and this review doesn’t come as a surprise. We are very sad to say that while you guys are great and we would have been happy to keep coming back, sadly your negligence have broken our trust over one of the most simple yet essential safety checks that shouldn’t have been taken for granted.

Had my roadworthy done, excellent service and communication and very timely.

Had major safety issues with my car, Elise and Corey had gone above and beyond to help me out.They are so thorough and genuine, very upfront and honest, I am so happy with their knowledge and expertise. I will be with them for life, amazing team, genuinely lovely and kind people.
