I found the girls to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and the clinic was very clean. The prices are amazing as well!!!

After going to silk for a year now, all the girls are wonderful there has been times where I’ve tried cancelling my appointment and either no one picks up or it hangs up so I recently when to ask JO in Bundaberg if there was a spare appointment then & There so I could get lasering done and Joanne publicly humiliated me and was extremely rude to me and left me feeling as I do not want to return. Disgusting customer service from her behalf. After the support I’ve done for silk this is how I get treated? Anyways I give it 3 stars because it’s a good place for your services just very unfortunate I dealt with that.

Very professional and discreet. Was spoken to the whole way through my consult as it was my first time and very nerves. Would recommend to anyone who wants laser hair removal.

I had such a great experience at Silk Bundaberg! Nurse Kamaiah was so gentle. She is also extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable especially being my first time getting injectables!My lips look amazing, and really quite natural! I have no bumps at all, the swelling went down really fast too!I highly recommend Nurse Kamaiah!!!

Kamaiah is just lovely! Highly recommend her for dissolving lip filler that has migrated (not injected at Silk Bundaberg). Looking forward to getting more treatments with her in the future.
