It is rare that I bother writing google reviews but because of the exceptional customer service experience (and the brilliant product) I felt compelled to.I bought the Chelsea chair and it’s everything I could have hoped for in a functional and aesthetically gorgeous chair for my baby’s nursery. I had left the purchase of this late, thinking that I had time to shop later on. But after a surprise date change for my c section I had 48 hours to get everything sorted. I called customer service to ask which products were sitting currently in stock because with covid I knew this might be an issue. I was given a wide range of options that were ready to ship and some very helpful tips from Cilla. I then ordered the chair online and it was delivered to me in Melbourne literally within 24 hours with frequent updates about delivery. It was easy to assemble and my most used item in my nursery so far. Love this product and the experience of buying from Il Tutto.

Ordered an electric recliner chair, have been sent the wrong chair. I am now waiting an additional two weeks for the correct one to ship. My wife needs this chair and it comes at a considerable cost. Extremely disappointed with the companies response and the lady on the phone just treated it like it wasn't her problem and we are just another person in the queue

Purchased a chair from Il Tutto and unfortunately have had some issues with it. Their customer service is non existent. They do not respond to emails when you are having a product issue. I tried contacting them through their social media and was told to call them, which is incredibly hard to do when you have a newborn and also totally not the point when they had responded to emails about shipping delays previously but now are ignoring me when the product has an issue. I then tried writing honest reviews on their own website, which finally got the attention of someone named Cilla who gave me her direct email address. Cilla has proceeded to also ignore me and my emails continue to go unanswered. Absolutely poor form and I have heard I’m not the only one.Edit: I have now heard from Cilla and replacement parts have been sent, only 3 weeks after my direct email to her. I am hopeful this will resolve at least one of my issues.

I ordered my chair online and the delivery time was exceptionally quick especially considering all the border issues due to C-19. It was so easy to assemble and It is the most comfortable nursing chair I have ever tried. The warm neutral coloured fabric went so well with my cream/ white / jute themed room and the kids all love sitting on it to help nurse their new baby sibling. Ticks all the boxes for aesthetics, comfort, cost, and processing. 100% recommended.

The customer service was great - I emailed to verify the availability of a nursing chair and shipping and got a very helpful response right away. Shipping was on time and reliable.The nursing chair is overall very good and what we expected and great value for the price. It was easy to assemble.Chair is comfy - I’m quite tall and I can only just reach the ground when sitting right back in the seat, the arms are a little low and the back could be a tiny bit higher. Not huge issues overall but a little difficult to manage in the first few days post birth. However overall very happy.

The customer services was fantastic - answered my enquiry the next day and the shipping was so quick - got it by the following week! The chair is so comfortable and good quality, it arrived just in time for baby’s arrival and everyone in my family has tried it out and loves it!

I ordered the Chelsea Glider chair in Eco Light Grey and received it mid March. It’s a beautiful and comfortable nursing chair. However, as soon as we put it together, I realised there are multiple marks on it. I emailed the customer service with the pictures straight away.I received quick responses on how to attempt to v clean it (exactly what you want to do after giving birth) and when that didn’t work - I didn’t receive a response for weeks. This is really unfair on a new mother who put off using your product for weeks, waiting for your response.It’s also not unreasonable to expect a product in perfect condition when you’re paying $800. It’s even more disappointing when your email is ignored, while I just wanted a replacement product.Very disappointed.

Great customer service and efficient delivery time. Iwas originally going to order my rocking chairthrough Baby Bunting but it was going to be a longwait, so I decided to email Il Tutto directly and seehow fast it could be delivered. Emailed on Saturdaywhich they got back to me straight away, ordered itthe same day and was delivered interstate onTuesday! Chair itself is so comfy and made to last! itcame in one box and was easy to assemble

We purchased an iL Tutto breast feeding chair through Baby Bunting. Assured it was in the warehouse, and three weeks later it was still three weeks away. Baby Bunting were playing us. So cancel that, get a refund, call the manufacturer (these guys) and the chair was delivered in about 8 days. My wife loves it. I love it. My dog loves sniffing it. Well packed. Minimal assembly. Baby due in 5 days and because we now have this amazing chair, I'm starting to think the pregnancy is worth it.
