Bupa Dental Chirnside Park
I have recently been to Bupa Dental in Lilydale after a very long time visiting a dentist.I couldn’t believe how clean and fresh the practice was. So bright and welcoming. The staff on reception were helpful and efficient. I saw Dr Sachi and Steph, the hygienist and came away with a plan for treatment that made sense and that I could understand. Both were great with explaining to me what I needed done and it was organised straight away. Steph even came out to reception with me to help organise the right appointment.It was a really good experience in a peaceful and happy environment. Thank you so much.

Went to the get a repair on my back tooth that had pretty decent decay. Dentist fumbled his way around the entire appointment. It would have been comical had it not been so painful. It's the only time I have been to the dentist and left with terrible pain after initially presenting with none.

I had an appointment booked weeks in advance with the dentist , running late due to traffic conditions, so I rang them to notify them of this and to much disappointment was told by the receptionist they werent willing to compromise her quality of work or time" Well I was happy to wait or have the next patient go in ( I would have been 15-20 min late) before me and I wait as it was going to be my last appointment with them (they didn't know that

Dentist is very patient and understanding fellow. I would like to continue to see the exact same fellow next time I visit. A Dentist visit is not exactly a plesant experience for me, but the fellow made it as easy as possible to cope with.

The dental hygienist (Katie) is exceptional. She is extremely knowledgeable, always explains things very thoroughly, kind and encouraging. I was able to make the scary decision to have braces put on because Katie gave me such reassurance and always took great care of me. Best decision I have ever made! I now genuinely look forward to my dental cleaning visits because of the great results and the pain-free experience every time. Thanks Katie!

Just had my first visit with Steph, the new hygienist and I can say she was exceptional. Extremely thorough, wanting to know all about my history and planning ahead for my long term care as well. She was delicate with her work and she went about her craft like she was in the state of flow. Very impressed and highly recommended, especially for the ones that struggle with these sessions :)

I broke a front tooth the day before a special occasion and rang this dental clinic for emergency treatment. I was able to get an appointment straight away. Noanesthetic required, the tooth was rebuilt quickly by Dr. Sashi and within 30 minutes I was back home. The tooth looks better than the original, and is stronger than ever. Thank you Sashi and your nurse. Excellent job! I can certainly recommend this clinic for their service.

Not recommended! My mother in law Min had 3 hours there today and they can NOT take the teeth out and ask her to go home, rest up first and come back in 3 weeks for another consultation! Had X-ray checks prior as well. LACK of thorough preparation for the appointment!! Will find more experienced doctors elsewhere!
