Genuinely nice staff and good service, never had any problems personally. Good at reminding when you have an upcoming appointment. Has a passion for dental health which may come across as overzealous or unnecessary but has good intentions.

Dr James is so good at what he does and so good with my daughter it’s really a shame the receptionist is so rude and condescending, she has no people skills what so ever. I won’t return purely based on my experience with the receptionist. It’s simple, if you don’t have people skills don’t do a job that requires you to be a people person!

Its a dentist nothing to like about it, also its in a residential house I hate it when businesses take homes away from families, go get a proper business premises
