Ordered item online which they didn't bother to send. After requesting a refund they said they hadn't sent it and would send it that day. They agreed to refund the item, after I requested, and two weeks later still no refund. I sent various emails but they couldn't be bothered replying. Had to open a case through PayPal to get a refund.Would not trust them, take your business elsewhere.

A genuinely good local skate shop, hard to come by these days. Joey is really friendly and helped me with a complete setup that suits me perfectly. Highly recommend Kingpin to anyone in the Illawarra!

Marvin was really helpful and cheerful. Gave really nice advices and told about places to skateboard for a beginner. He applied the grip tape free of cost too. Would fully recommend everyone even if you don't skate or even thinking of starting to skate.

Helpful and professional service. I was even able to book my son in skateboard lessons. His board is very loved he is now two years older and wants to refurbish it at kingpin. Great start to Skateboarding.
