I had problems with my headlights and everyone I rang either didn't want to do the job or couldn't fit me in for a week but Fiona at southeast Auto mechanics said bring it around so they could have a look at it and they fixed the problem.

It's great to know there's an auto mechanical repair and servicing business locally that I can trust and definitely rely on for quality work. I keep coming back because I'm very satisfied with the work done, and I don't have to battle with highway traffic in taking my car to the dealer where I bought it. I'm glad a changed from the dealership ... I should have done it sooner. Southeast Auto Mechanical are really top notch.

Cannot recommend Southeast Auto Mechanical highly enough.We wanted a complete service and a thorough check so we could travel back to Tasmania without any worries. This was all done with complete professionalism and courtesy afforded to us.

Unfortunately it’s a 1 star for these guys. I bought a single replacement damaged run flat tyre through Tyroola and chose these guys as fitment centre. Unfortunately there were some slight delays getting the tyre delivered (approx 24 hours), but the website suggested same day fitting as arrival, in conversation these guys went from being able to squeeze me in the afternoon the day the tyre arrived yesterday to “sorry we are booked out for 6 days” today, despite the fact I can’t drive my car until this one tyre is replaced. They clearly don’t care about your situation and seem to revel in leaving you hanging after you have already selected them as fitment centre. We had to collect the tyre from them and arrange another fitment centre through our own initiative.

Friendly service and fair prices. They were so good with my daughters car that I've started going there too.

Had a system error message saying limited transmission function. Shopped around and South East Auto contacted me about my query. Clearly explained the issue and they said they can service it.$600 later and I got a car that no longer drives and a message from South East Auto to take it to a transmission mechanic. Oh and they diagnosed the error code which I also managed to do with a $40 device myself.So I paid $600 to have a car in worse condition than it arrived and I'm actually further away from solving my original problem. Unfortunately another business happy to take money but provide no service.It might be just me, but when I take a car to a mechanic, I expect it to come out in better condition then when it entered. Merry Christmas.

I’ve been using South East Auto for a few years they are very knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and clear.There’s nothing more important than honesty and integrity in the auto service industry and Fiona and her team own it. I feel safer on the roads knowing that this team is looking after my car, it is a pleasure doing business and getting to know them, I highly recommend without reservation.

Amazing service, extremely nice and helpful. I would not take my car anywhere else. I have had some bad experience with mechanics before and have little faith in mechanics not ripping me off. I believe I have take my car to South East auto twice now and I can say that the crew there have won me over and have 100% faith and trust in them.
