Excellent experience, Manh, the sales assistant was extremely helpful, polite , courteous and not pushy. His lovely manner and disposition made it a wonderful shopping Experience. 10 put of 10 Manh !!!

I was standing outside the store, on the footpath which is public property while having a conversation with my dad on the phone when a middle aged employee (unsure of the name but he was bold with glasses) left his store to rudely tell me off for speaking on the phone to my dad outside his store. I apologised at the time and moved further away on the other side of the road. I was just confused and a little upset at his tone and the fact that I had not done anything wrong. I was on public property talking on the phone. Anyway, I like Florsheim as a brand but will be avoiding this particular store at all costs. The shop assistant kind of scared me tbh

Visited on two occasions to get the correct boot for my requirements.Girisha and Manh were very helpful on each visit. Solutions driven, knowledgeable and not sales pushy.Very happy with the boot - correct fit, quality, price.Overall great customer experience.Store has large range of good quality footwear.

I was sitting at the cafe next door and I saw the store clerk come out of his store to tell a young girl off for being on her mobile phone in front of his store. he then told her to move away from his store and talk on her phone some where else . It was bizarre? She was a good 10-15 feet away from his front door in the photo she was next to the tree. What is wrong with some people these days?

Full range of shoes to choose. Much better shopping experience than a department store. Parking maybe a problem during busy time but absolutely worth it. High quality shoes with reasonable price compared to a lot of big Brand.

Great footwear selection and amazing customer service! I have small-sized feet and it's always a struggle to find dress shoes of my size. The shop attendant Tracey went above and beyond to find a great pair of shoes for me. I could not be happier! They offer pretty good prices too!

I was helped so much by the gentleman in the store. Nothing was too much trouble, and he really has great knowledge that is sadly missing these days.After buying what I wanted he made sure I was on the mailing list.......got special offers over Christmas and had to buy two more pairs at great prices.Well worth a look while you are in Clarendon Street
