Just a massive thank you to the team at SPSW, like all pool owners we have had our fair share of terrible pool maintenance operators on shop and mobile. But these guys are different and will bend over backwards to satisfy their client. I especially want to acknowledge James our service tech, above awesome !

I cannot recommend these guys any less. I wish that zero stars was an option.They offered to simplify the plumbing while replacing a filter. 12 months, multiple visits and thousands of dollars later, I was left with a more complicated system. Oh, and it also didn’t work well.I finally called my pool solar guy, who replumbed it in 2 hours for $300, cutting out all the unnecessary parts. I left these at the shop. The owner never called back.For anything more than in-shop products, don’t risk it. I recommend Swimart Willoughby or Poolwerx Lane Cove.

Mike rang to troubleshoot issues with my spa pump and heater not functioning. As they were both 13 years old, I was resigned to having to replace them both.A few words of advice from Mike and I was up and running again. All that was required was a relatively inexpensive new filter for the cartridge. Wonderful service. Highly recommended.
