I would just like to shout out a massive thanks to Brendan and Deckland at Peninsula TV & Video on your excellent service and help repairing our Samsung UHD tv. I contacted Samsung who put me in contact with Peninsula TV & video to do the repair , who are the local Samsung repair agents. Deckland turned up right on time, and to my surprise, did the replacement LED screen install on site. Highly reccomend these Guys, excellent communication and service and very professional. Also, thanks to Samsung who covered all the costs of the screen replacement. Thats why we use Samsung products. Thanks Guys.

Brendan the owner is an absolute legend!!! Daniel the tech was absolutely amazing guy and have been to my place 4 times. I have 2 x Samsung TV's and they looked me above expectations. 10/10 company, highly recommend!

Just had Brenden replace our LG Oled TV Screen. I have to say a very big thank you to him. He was on time and I was most impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and friendly manner. The job was completed without any issues and our TV restored to perfect working order. Brenden was a pleasure to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I had an intermittent fault on a fairly new but out of warranty LG TV. I called peninsula TV and they suggested I call the manufacturer who in turn authorised a repair.Peninsula TV arrived on time and quickly repaired the TVFantastic team and excellent service. Highly recommended.

This company is amazing our tv was less than 6 months old and it had a fault.The tv company asked us to take it to Peninsula TV & Video Services.They where so helpful from when we dropped the TV off until we picked it up.Even when the tv company messed them around by cancelling the part they ordered to fix the tv. They then had to wait for the tv company to send the part before they could fix the tv.I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs their tv repaired

We have had Brendan and his team out twice for 2 seperate television issues and found him to be absolutely amazing, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We were constantly updated on the phone with that status of our replacement parts and we couldn't have asked for a better end result.

I can't believe how awesome this business is. Their service and advice has always been spot on. Late 2018 I bought an expensive well known brand tv. Obviously I made sure I had an expensive surge protector. Since then Peninsula TV have been out 3 or 4 times to do repairs under Warranty. They were always professional and easy to deal with. I know at least 2 of the times the main board was replaced. Their work was spot on. About a month ago I started having issues again so I rang them for advice. I did as they suggested and the outcome was better than anyone could have or would have expected. I just want to thank them for all their help and patience and effort they showed me. They went out of their way to help me. Thank you guys.....

Rang in for a quote for a service to a 2nd hand VHS/DvD recorder. I spoke with Brendan who took the time to give me a well informed advice that since the picture was coming through clear with no dropouts, that it wasn't worth the effect/cost since it wouldn't improve.Appreciated the honest advice.Cheers
