Am very happy with the clip that Tibi gives my mini schnauzer. I'm happy to see that Bindi is relaxed when we arrive and doesn't seem to mind me leaving either, which is not always the case visiting the groomer

We took Bubby (Maltese) to Tibi's for the first time and when we picked her up, we nearly didn't recognise her. She was absolutely beautiful and looked so relieved to have her long hair cut with a bushy tail and ears left, and a Mohawk on top. We were so impressed and grateful she was well looked after and looked like a rock star. Thank you so much to Tibi's and we will definitely be bringing her back for her next cut. Highly recommended.

My husband Booked through Facebook to get our dog groomed in 2 weeks. He didn’t hear anything back so I rang the next day. The woman who answered said that she was far to busy check her bookings and that she would check and call back. When she rang back she was quite rude, saying that she was far too busy to groom our dog, despite the 2 weeks notice. She then hung up on me while I was talking.

Could not be more disappointed. I dropped my dog off for a trim and specifically said it was just for a tidy up and we didn't want him shave. She showed us the lengths on the mat and we agreed on a level 3 length. We picked him up and he was shaved. I asked why and she responded with once I started cutting

Great place! Always welcoming..only go in to get the dogs nails trimmed but never kept waiting. Highly recommend
