Once you get the hang of taking photos, etc, it's ok. I was 15 min late picking up vehicle but the timer starred at the time I had booked. Surely they should allow a small grace period?

This is the second time I've hired the Gecko within 2 months. I've been very happy with the overall experience- booking, pick up and drop off and the location convenience. Have recommended this to friends and family as well to use when moving houses or purchasing furniture etc.

Horrible customer experience. I am just glad I read all the reviews that warned me to stay away from this company while I was on the phone dealing with Vannessa who was rude and offered no support. Looks like a dodged a huge bullet!
