Deb is fantastic. Advice I can trust. I have severe and chronic health conditions and this team have helped me come through many difficult health situations.

My favourite pharmacy and my favourite pharmacist is the lovely lady with glasses and curly hair. She is so helpful, knowledgeable and always happy to assist.

Incompetent staff unable to even inform about prescriptions needing re-order when asked. Not even competent enough to place an order when phoned in days earlier. Unable to see on the system that previous dispensions had been made. Deliberately rude to make you feel like your custom isn't important enough for their little store. No product knowledge whatsoever. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Brought in documents to sign as I needed a witness. Red haired male was very rude and said I had to pay $4 for the first document and $2 for every other. He was very short and rude and when I said I’d rather take it to a post office he said ‘fine take it there if you want’ then continued to give attitude to my girlfriend who was trying to get a script sorted - who also left empty handed and received terrible service. Will not be returning to this pharmacy

I love the pharmacist (has curly hair). She always remembers my name, tells me what's on special. My client and I were both talking about how lovely she is. Why would I go anywhere else?

Usually lower prices as well as friendly and helpful pharmacists at this one. Consistently better experience than next door at the one near IGA.

A regular customer over many years with a few breaks when I've moved house. Pleased not to be directed to naturopathic items, and over-the-counter items are only recommended having taken into account current medications, and cost.Really happy to be able to get medicines not in stock so quickly, though it's often avoided by me phoning to let then know I'll need one of those scripts, and happily my GP can fax thorough scripts if they're needed urgently. The pharmacists also know what I'm on so keep it in stock.One EXCELLENT thing here is that even prescription items can count in the Optimal Card so you can use those points against future purchases.You can be in and out of the pharmacy in mere minutes. Sometimes it's longer, so I'll either just drop off any scripts I need already signed, with a tick on the side & the date and a plan to collect them later that day or week; or I'll give them some but just point out the couple I need dispensed then; or I'll just go prepared - podcast! Just need to let the staff know you'll be ready when they are!Also, use ths time to comparison shop & price match so you can keep all your needs in one pharmacy. Even with supplements, it can be life-saving!

This is the best Pharmacist I've dealt with, they're prices are cheaper than most and they go out of their way to help you.
