Could not fault the service provided, spoke with customer service and provided car details for a battery replacement. And within 20 min getting off the phone,John the technician had arrived at my house and replaced the battery in my car. My Mercedes E class battery died on me this morning. Car would not start. I called Mercedes where I service the car they advice me to tow the car in... and we can't do it till tomorrow"...hhhhmmmm.Called RACV for a price and how long it will take (4 to 5 hours!!!). I thought let me do a google search. After calling a few companies I called Melbourne Batteries

Aaron came out to Calder Park to replace my battery on a very cold and windy Friday night. Fast, efficient service, great explanations along the way, and had us moving again very quickly. Really appreciate the great service from this family run business from the call to the callout. 6 stars!
