Good and cheap price community market every thursday from 11am to 13pm. Free instant coffee and tea, hot and cold water, microwave. Lovely staffs!

As a volunteer helping students to boost confidence beyond Uni, (via the F.U. Toastmasters Club), the Oasis Centre has been magic. The Common Room is a superb, multi-use venue; the Uni staff are highly supportive, and we see so many International students who regard it as their community centre.
