I recently went here to buy materials for two bathrooms. I spent $2500 and have to say initially was happy with my purchases. One of the things I purchased was a vanity with stone bench top. When purchasing on I think Monday I was told the vanity should be ready by Friday. I then called on Friday to see if it was ready for collection and was told yes all good to pick up. Therefore I drove 30 minutes down to the warehouse only to be met by a very arrogant and rude member of staff who proceeded to ark up at me demanding to know who had called me and told me it was ready? I then explained that I had called and was told it was ready to collect to which he ridiculed the idea that it could be made in this time. Like I work there and should be familiar with their processes. He said they meant the bench top was ready not the vanity. Because you often need to go pick up the bench top without the part it sits on. Lol. It was at this stage that they discovered that I had been given misleading information by the original staff member who helped with the purchasing. Then they discover I have been invoiced for two sinks not one as was required. Then they discovered they hadn’t included the shower head with the shower purchased. They then proceeded to bag the original staff member saying he’s obviously had a cracker of a bad day. By way of apology for the inconvenience they offered to deliver the vanity free of charge the following day which they did. Another item purchased was a left hand bath. Specifically because it has to go into a left hand corner. So today the plumber is here to install left hand bath which we unwrap only to discover oops they’ve given me a right hand bath. WOW!!! These guys are all over it. So I then continue the fiasco and call them up to explain my predicament and also explain how much of a debacle this whole experience has been only to be met by more attitude and arrogance which led to me asking for the manger which was unavailable. then asked for the rude guys name to which he initially told me didn’t matter and then changed it to my name is GOD!!! Before hanging up the phone. I then rang back and got someone else on the phone who also couldn’t tell me when I could get the manger as he only knew his roster not everyone else’s. Obviously top secret roster when working here. Need to know basis sort of stuff. This level of customer is something I’ve never experienced before and whilst I’m not big on doing reviews I just could let it slide. This is in no way good enough by any standards. Incompetent staff who can’t complete an order with clear instructions and then back it up with rude, confrontational and unprofessional behaviour towards a paying customer who has done nothing wrong other choose your business to shop with. Not a mistake I’ll make again

We were assisted by Brian here whilst looking for tap /bath / vanity fittings. His wealth of knowledge made the experience so easy as I was overwhelmed with all the options. Having experienced sales people like Brian is such an asset to a business ..he was able to tell us the pros/ cons of each style depending on where you needed them for. To be honest I never realised half the things he said and I was able to feel confident in my choices. I look forward to finalising and order soon thanks to his assistance.

limited range, very helpful staff

I had a mixer cartridge that needed replacing - urgently. The staff at Who bathroom in Varsity were very helpful and provided me with a replacement, free of charge as they had plenty of spares. Who doesn't like a bargain. Thanks guys.

Prices instore do not match website. Discounts" sometimes verbally offered instore can be there website prices or a completely different price. Advise customers who have seen an online price to check that is what is being charged instore."

Just occasionally visited this shop to buy a part I could not find anywhere else and the people there were very helpful and I am very grateful because I can finally finish my project in time.
